Entravision, a multinational media, marketing, and technology firm, has purchased 365 Digital, a South African digital advertising solutions company.
As the company strives to expand its portfolio of digital services to new emerging regions, this investment gives Entravision a geographic footprint in Africa.
365 Digital is based in Cape Town, South Africa, and has exclusive sales representations with TikTok, the leading destination for short-form mobile video and brand solutions, and Anzu, an in-game advertising platform, as well as Triton Digital, a leader in the digital audio streaming and podcasting market.
365 Digital also provides premier South African publishers with end-to-end digital publisher solutions, including a proprietary digital ad network.

The purchase of 365 Digital by Entravision continues the company’s transformation into a top marketing technology service provider in the world’s fastest-growing nations. With over 500 million digitally connected consumers, Sub-Saharan Africa is a tremendously appealing digital marketplace. Importantly, the client in Sub-Saharan Africa, which includes South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, and Ghana, is youthful, tech-savvy, and online.

This acquisition follows Entravision’s previous acquisitions of Cisneros Interactive, a leader in Latin America’s and the world’s fast-increasing digital advertising sector, and MediaDonuts, a leader in digital marketing solutions covering seven Southeast Asian nations.
All 365 Digital workers will remain with the company after the transaction closes, and Julian Jordaan will continue to lead the company as CEO from its Cape Town headquarters.
