On pay television platform StarTimes media, Zee Entertainment has announced the debut of Zee TV, Zee One, and Zee Tamizh. The channels will broadcast a diverse range of family-friendly programming, including award-winning shows, lifestyle, food, reality, and critically acclaimed films, all of which will be dubbed in English on Zee One, with English subtitles available on Zee TV and Zee Tamizh.

Zee has a significant global presence with over 40 channels and has earned the hearts of over 1.3 billion people in 173 countries. Zee launched Zee TV in Africa 25 years ago, marking the brand’s first foreign area. Since then, the brand has grown across Africa, with many additional channels being added, including the flagship channel Zee World.

Speaking on the introduction of the new channels, StarTimes Regional Marketing Director Mr. Aldrine Nsubuga noted that the channels will be available to Kenyan subscribers from 1st November with the pay-television company keen to progressively enrich the platform with content from diverse genres towards meeting the whole family entertainment viewing experience.
