Creditinfo Group, a global provider of credit information and risk management solutions, has acquired two credit bureaus in Uganda and Namibia.

Creditinfo has taken over all staff from the credit bureaus that were formerly owned by Experian as part of the transaction. Creditinfo will combine its significant local expertise with its own extensive experience in delivering private credit solutions to African and European nations in order to assist millions in gaining access to finance.
