ExxonMobil Egypt signed a Farm-Out Agreement (FOA) with BG International Limited, a Shell plc subsidiary, to acquire 100 percent ownership in the ExxonMobil-operated north-eastern El-Amriya Offshore Area in the Mediterranean Sea, also known as Block 3.
